CEF celebrates 70 years with a new trade catalogue and dream holiday prizes
CEF, the UK’s leading electrical wholesaler, is celebrating 70 years in business with edition 07 of its trade catalogue and an amazing customer competition.
To mark 70 years in business, leading electrical wholesaler CEF is launching a platinum edition of its trade catalogue, jam-packed with new products, new offers and a brand-new competition that gives customers the chance to win a holiday of a lifetime up to the value of £12,500, in collaboration with the European market leader in domestic fire and carbon monoxide protection – Aico.
From a single store based in Coventry back in 1951, CEF has now grown to a UK national network of 390 stores. To celebrate its 70th year in business, CEF wants to say a big thank you to all its customers, suppliers and colleagues for their loyalty and support.
Dream holiday competition
The latest competition, in partnership with Aico, offers customers the chance to win a voucher to book a dream holiday up to the value of £12,500. And there are hundreds more weekly and monthly prizes including a smart TV, Sonos entertainment system, Nintendo Switch and Apple products. Plus, there are daily competitions to win Costa Coffee vouchers.

CEF and Aico are also donating £1 to the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC) when customers buy certain products from the Aico range.

The latest edition of CEF’s popular trade catalogue features over 800 new products including new ranges from MK, Schneider, Flexicon, iCS and Schill. Plus, new supplier myenergi showcases the latest EV test equipment alongside Beha-Amprobe.

Issue 07 of the CEF trade catalogue is available to pick up from any of CEF’s 390 stores or copies can be requested from cef.co.uk/request. Every store has a dedicated team of staff trained to offer outstanding customer service and trade counter expertise that’s recognised as being among the best in the industry.
CEF regularly hosts training days for customers and works closely with NICEIC to provide training on topics such as electrical vehicle charge point installation and the latest regulations and standards.

As well as the huge range of products available through the trade catalogue, every CEF store has a core range of almost 3,000 products available off the shelf, helping to ensure that customers can always get their hands on a range of essential products, wherever they are working and whenever they need them.

Customers can also place online orders at cef.co.uk with access to more than 35,000 products from over 300 leading suppliers. Fast and easy to search, all products are available either for next day delivery or ‘click and collect’ from a local store.
