SNAP ONE INNOVATIONS MAKE THEIR MARK AT EI LIVE!

Snap One will unveil a host of innovations across its brand and product ecosystem on Stand 111 at EI Live 2022.

Anchored on its two award-winning business platforms, Control4 Smart Home OS 3 and OvrC Remote Management, the raft of new products encompasses leading brands in Lighting, Speakers, Amplifiers, MultiRoom Audio, Surveillance, Power and Surge Management, Film Screens, Racks, Mounts, Cables, Connectors and Wiring.

Visitors to the show will see how Control4 Smart Home OS 3 and OvrC Remote Management provide a strong base for Snap One Partners to build high quality, end-toend smart home projects. Control4 Smart Home OS 3 is the operating system that unifies hundreds of connected devices within the home into one intuitive, user-friendly experience. Snap One will demonstrate how recent platform improvements can deliver more personalised experiences for customers with features and functions that define the next generation of control.

OvrC is the company’s free cloud-based remote management platform designed exclusively for professionals to install, monitor, and troubleshoot connected devices remotely, helping to solve problems quickly and keep customers’ systems up and running. Fully supporting Snap One’s networking brands, Araknis and Pakedge, OvrC’s recently enriched feature-set makes the ecosystem better, faster, and more reliable. Now, every Control4 OS3 system can be remotely managed using OvrC, without the need for any additional hardware.

At the show, visitors will also discover how they can create colour pre-sets that customers can personalise and include lighting colour as a key element of lighting scenes and programming. In Control4 OS 3 new capabilities include a native lighting colour wheel UI for fast and intuitive control of tuneable white and colour lighting.

The latest innovations from two core audio brands, Triad and Episode, will also be on display. New Triad PDX Architectural speakers will make their UK debut, providing incredible audio performance and simple, efficient installation using PushLock technology. This series includes eight in-ceiling speakers and three in-wall speakers in three different performance levels, designed to satisfy the listening needs of any customer. Adopted from its successful use on the Episode loudspeakers brand, PushLock technology allows partners to install and remove these new Triad loudspeakers quickly and easily, and even change the motor unit without removing the cradle from the ceiling. Visitors will be able to try PushLock out for themselves using the special demonstration module on Stand 111.

New to the Episode range will be a new Mini 5.1 Amplifier, 2.1 Active Soundbar/Sub and the Mega sub-woofer range. These new products enhance both the wider Episode and Triad audio category, reinforcing Snap One’s focus on home cinema audio and supported by already established Triad system design services.

Another Snap One attraction will be the first showing of the Wattbox brand in the EMEA market with an adapted version of the Wattbox 250 Wi-Fi solution and 800 Series for power conditioning applications. Visitors to Stand 111 will see how Wattbox adds further value to the Snap One brand offering and increases the functionality of OvrC remote monitoring.

To find out more about these and other new products from within the Snap One portfolio, pay a visit to Stand 111 at EI Live! in Farnborough on September 14-15, 2022.
