FUNDING & SCHOLARSHIPS € 380 FULL TIME MASTER DEGREE STUDIES Citizens of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Moldova, Japan, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, the State of Israel as well as foreigners of Lithuanian origin are invited to apply for Scholarships for Full-time Master degree studies. Scholarships are offered by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania: All approved candidates will receive a monthly scholarship of € 380 for the whole duration of the studies. The benefit to cover the study cost will be offered only to the nationals of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia and foreign citizens of Lithuanian origin. € 360 - € 900 PARTIAL TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS Citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus who are applying to Mykolas Romeris University for Bachelor or Master degree programmes taught in English are eligible for a partial tuition scholarship offered by Mykolas Romeris University. First year Bachelor degree students are offered partial tuition scholarships from € 360 to € 800, depending on the chosen study programme, first year Master degree students are offered partial tuition scholarship from € 880 to € 900, depending on the chosen study programme. Possibility to receive the partial tuition scholarship in the following years depends on the results of studies at MRU; the average of grades should be no less than 8. For students, who enter joint or double degree programmes, partial tuition scholarship can be offered during the study period in Lithuania only.
€ 152 PER MONTH MRU SENATE SCHOLARSHIPS The MRU Senate Scholarship can be granted to Bachelor or Master degree students, regardless of their type of financing, for excellent (in exceptional cases – very good) learning outcomes and active involvement in sports, artistic, scientific and social activities. The MRU Senate Scholarships are granted each semester by the University Senate with the approval of the Senate Study Commission. The Senate scholarship size is € 152 per a month and it is granted for one semester.
€ 420 - € 700 ERASMUS+ MOBILITY GRANTS AND EXCHANGE OPPORTUNITIES All MRU degree-seeking students are eligible to participate in Erasmus+ mobility for studies or traineeships in other EU countries, also benefit from all other University international exchange programmes. Erasmus+ studies. After selection procedure at MRU, students can study abroad for 1 or 2 semesters at MRU partner universities in other EU countries and receive scholarship from € 420 to € 520 per a month depending on the host country. During the exchange period the tuition fee is payable to MRU, but studies at the partner University are free of charge. Selection of students for Erasmus+ studies in the following semester is held at MRU twice a year (September/October and February/March). Erasmus+ traineeships. Those students who wish to undertake internship in other EU country (during summer time also) can apply for Erasmus+ support to their traineeship at an enterprise abroad. Erasmus+ grants from € 600 to € 700 per month for traineeships of at least 2 months duration are available from MRU. Selection of students for upcoming Erasmus+ traineeships is held every month. Erasmus+ traineeships for recent graduates of at least 2 months duration are available as well (selection procedure must be finished before graduation from MRU). Total duration of Erasmus+ mobility available for each MRU student is up to 12 months for one study cycle (including the period of traineeship for recent graduates). There are many other possibilities to go abroad during the degree studies at MRU – various shortterm programmes and competitions are continuously announced. The academic credits and grades accumulated during the exchange programmes shall be recognised as a component of a student’s academic programme at Mykolas Romeris University.
