Initial List Side Process: · Initial Meeting: Discuss marketing strategy, my process & evaluate clients needs · Pricing: Discuss current market trends and listing price · Executed Documentation: All paperwork signed and return to me via DocuSign · Staging & Upgrades: Evaluated if any staging or home improvements are needed Pre-Market Initiatives: · Broker to Broker Outreach: Personal calls & emails to my exclusive brokerage network. I will also post property to Top Agent Network, Private MLS, and @properties Agent @pp · Professional Photography: Schedule photography, video & interactive floorplan · Finalize Marketing Materials: Property brochures, postcards, advertising (online and print), & event invitations · Exclusive Brokers Preview: Schedule event and send out invitation to Southwest Michigan’s upper bracket brokers. First Day on Market: Multiple Listing Service: Input listing in the MLS with photography, video, and interactive floor plan · Listing Syndication: Within 24 hours of listing going live on MLS it will be enhanced on Realtor.com, Zillow, and Trulia.
