GOLFING FOR GOOD: THE ED STUBBS MEMORIAL GOLF INVITATIONAL

Honoring the memory of Dr. George “Ed” Stubbs, III, an accomplished OB/GYN physician beloved by his patients and community, the annual Ed Stubbs Memorial Golf Invitational provides philanthropic support to advance the work of Atrium Health University City’s Community Outreach program in partnership with the Lake Norman Community Health Clinic.

The charity golf event raised over $105,000 through two golf outings this year. Proceeds from the golf invitational help ensure that medically fragile patients have access to affordable and comprehensive medical care, including women’s health services – a vision shared by Atrium Health and the late Dr. Stubbs.

Special thanks to Presenting Sponsor – US Acute Care Solutions; Gold Sponsors – Action Plus Ideas and Adams Electric; and Silver Sponsors – Southeast Radiation Oncology Group (SERO), Carolinas Continue Care, Paragon Revenue Group, Dr. Grant Campbell/The Center for Women's Aesthetics, Brasfield & Gorrie, and BR+A Consulting Engineers.
