In my free time, I successfully built and sold my first go-kart. Encouraged by this success, I decided to use my summer holiday to build more go-karts. In the barn on my parents’ farm, I sawed, welded, assembled and painted. Thus BERG Toys was born, now a world market leader in go-karts. Our go-karts are sold in more than 56 countries! And besides go-karts, we also make and sell other toys for active play, such as BERG Trampolines. Visit our dealers to see and naturally try out our BERG go-karts and trampolines! Driving your own tractor is now possible! For the real fans, the Traxx models are made in the original style of Claas, Fendt, Case-IH and New Holland. The BERG Traxx go-karts have impressive tractor tyres measuring no less than 46 cm in diameter at the rear and 40 cm in diameter at the front, an exhaust pipe and the option to get cracking using real tools. After a unique and exhaustive go-kart journey that lasted two years, ‘our’ Brazilian, José Gerardo, alias Zé do Pedal, arrived in Johannesburg on 1st June 2010. His 17,000-km journey began on 10th May 2008 in Paris on an X-plorer X-treme provided by BERG Toys. Tips: • Make sure that your InGround trampoline is placed onto a level surface and is positioned perfectly horizontally. • The hole for the InGround trampoline can be dug in two ways. The time it takes depends on the diameter of the trampoline. Using an excavator, it will take around one hour. Two people using hand tools will take about two hours. 3. Bowl-shaped hole (75 cm at its deepest point)

• Dig the hole in the shape of a bowl, and make sure that it is 75 cm at its deepest point. Note that the outer edges of the hole should be 20 cm inside the diameter of the trampoline, all the way round. • BERG Toys advises that a space of two metres around the trampoline should be kept free of any objects. For extra safety, place a soft surface around the trampoline. Make sure that the space under the BERG trampoline is free of any objects. Rainwater will automatically drain off. Tip: using a weed barrier sheet will prevent the growth of weeds.

Safety Net Deluxe For the Favorit, Champion and Jumping Styles, there is now a new safety net available (not suitable for InGround models). AUTOMATIC FREEWHEEL With the AF the go-kart can always freewheel. The pedals can remain static while the go-kart still moves. It automatically switches over to reverse when needed.
