Ask a Manager
Hey Auburn Bay!
Has there ever been a question that you wanted to ask our managers about, whether it’s regarding events, programs, landscaping, procedures, policies and more? Well here is your chance. Each month our General Manager will select one question to answer from our residents, and our reply will be answered in the next newsletter. If you have a question that you have been pondering about, feel free to forward it to rrcoordinator@auburnbay.org

CreditCardProcessingFee
Last year, the ABRA Board of Directors introduced a $7.50 Credit Card Processing Fee to alleviate our expenses related to merchant fees. As of March 2024, ABRA has successfully saved nearly $50,000 in merchant expenses. In light of these savings, ABRA has decided to maintain the implementation of this fee exclusively for this year’s annual fees If you prefer not to bear this cost, alternative payment methods are available:
1. Debit – You can pay by debit in-person at Auburn House 9am-10pm Monday to Sunday.
2.Cheque– Please make your cheque payable to the ‘Auburn Bay Residents Association’ and drop it off or mail it to Auburn House.
3. Cash– You can pay with cash in-person at Auburn House 9am-5pm Monday to Friday ONLY.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
