20 minutes each of cardio/strength training/abs & stretch The cardio will change each week and will include such components as: Step, Boot Camp, Kickboxing and Circuit The muscle conditioning will include free weights, bands, body bars or your own body weight The abdominal and stretch component will end the class. All are welcome, as this class will meet the needs of all fitness levels!

Yoga Flow (16+)

RR: $85 | BR: $105 | NR: $125

S1: Wednesdays, September 6 to October 11 (6 classes)

S1: Wednesdays, November 8 to December 13 (6 classes)

6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This Yoga Flow class blends together poses with the breath to create a flexibility and a sense of calmness This class offers a nice balance of flowing movements between postures, holding poses to build strength and stamina, as well as stretching and lengthening your muscles through standing, balancing, and seated postures This class is suitable for all levels Modifications and adjustments will be offered
