Aboutthe Auburn Bay Residents Association

The Auburn Bay Residents Association (ABRA) is a non-profit organization, which is professionally managed and maintained to ensure Auburn Bay’s community features, amenities and the Auburn House facility, lake and park is and will continue to be both aesthetically pleasing and conveniently available for the long-term use of its member residents.

The ABRA, among managing and maintaining the Auburn House facility and amenities, also organizes a number of community events throughout the year such as Movie Under the Stars, Band 'N Brews at the Beach, holiday celebrations, Beach Party, and many more. The ABRA host these events to ensure residents can maintain a sense of community with their neighbours. The events are held at Auburn House and can attract upwards of 3000 guests.

This catalogue provides a look into the 2023 special events, which will be offered at Auburn House for the residents of our community, and information on how you can have your organization become involved with the Auburn Bay community through these events. Becoming a sponsor of ABRA events can include benefits such as:

We are happy to discuss the option of product/in-kind sponsorship for items that are relatable and specific to an event. Options and details regarding in-kind sponsorship will vary depending on the event and is at the discretion of the ABRA.

CustomerExperience Initiatives

At the ABRA, we enjoy providing our community members with a variety of, what we like to call, Customer Experience Initiatives. Customer Experience Initiatives can be activities such as Campfire Fridays, where we provide all the supplies for marshmallow roasting, to mini holiday activities, to our social media contests and draws for free give-aways.

These Customer Experience Initiatives are a great alternative option to become involved as a sponsor with the ABRA.

In-kind donations are an ideal way to partner with the ABRA for Customer Experience Initiatives. This type of partnership can be as simple as your donation being provided as the giveaway for an ABRA random draw or social media contest, to something a little more elaborate, such as a mini holiday community activity.

Additional suggestions for Customer Experience Initiatives partnerships that may better suit your business or brand are welcomed and can be discussed individually with those who express an interest.
