Fully in line with our business motto “Dynamic Function - we have pleasure in presenting a series of news / innovations that completely lives up to the motto, and also contributes heavily to the environmental savings!
Dynamic News
Simplify your life with a control system!
If you want the meeting room to: - be dynamic and functional? - be useful for all? - enhance the impact of your message because you can focus more on the audience? - relieve IT and help desk?
Then you shall invest in a control system.
Dynamic Function
Is the price advantageous? Yes - It is no longer the cost that determines whether to have a control system or not. Our newly developed series of Micro Control systems are inexpensive and simple systems for the regular meeting room and costs from about £275. Even the more advanced systems for larger meeting rooms have gone down in price. Today the price is from about £2000 which is less than one quarter compared to a few years ago. Is it reliable? Yes - Push the button and it works! AudicomPendax’s control systems are professional solutions based on PLC and processor technology. This means that there is no vulnerable operating system as in PC-based systems. Everyone knows that a ”normal computer” sometimes reacts strangely and has to be restarted that will not happen with our systems. Moreover, the PLC system is completely open for software changes and updates. Anyone can work in them, you are not dependent on any system vendor over time. Our long experience has led us to leave the 5-year warranty on all our control systems. Are they easy to install? Yes - The Micro Control Systems are favourably put in the middle of the conference room table for easy operation, using the X-line Connecto system as shown in this image, or in a standard wall fixed trunking system. Larger PLC systems are usually placed in separate cabinets, and controlled with a touch panel that can be placed exactly where you want.

The slightly thicker lines in the illustrations below may contain some type of control. That is to the extent that the products are controllable. We have obviously thought about when we have assembled our audio and video packages.
The control system is connected to the projector and to the relay that controls the screen if you have one with a motor. With the four buttons on the keyboard, you can choose between the projectors incoming signals such as a desktop PC, a portable PC that may be connected through one of the contacts in the Connecto system or/either a video / DVD that is in a cupboard or a camcorder or other items connected via the Connecto system. The sound volume is regulated by hand on the active speakers or amplifier technology in the cupboard. Screen rolls down automatically when you select a feature that will show pictures and rolled up automatically when you turn it off. If you have a manual screen, you do it yourself.
Micro2 The control system is connected to the projector and to the relay that controls the screen. The system can also adjust the volume on the receiver via an IR or RS232 module. With eight buttons on the control system, you can choose between the projector signals such as a desktop PC, a laptop PC connected to the Connecto system or/either a video / DVD that is in a cabinet or a video camera or the like connected via the Connecto system. Volume controls are on the systems keypad. Screen rolls down when you select a feature that will show pictures and rolled up when you turn it off. Buttons to roll the screen up and down is our unique presentation mode: When you show a presentation projected at the screen, you may be asked a question that you want the writing board to answer. Simply press the screen up while it is rolled up and the projector is shut down temporarily (A/V Mute). You draw and tell and when you’re done, press down the screen. You’re back in your presentation where you left off.

Special is standard to us. If you require a simple system that suits your own needs, we can together make things happen. Do not hesitate to contact us.
The control system works just like Micro2 but is also able to control the connected devices from the control system’s own panel. In addition, you can choose directly from the signal from a DVD player and a video signal you may have connected via the Connecto system, and more.

No weird breaks or problems during a power failure or the like. Completely open system. You have access to the program yourself.
• Economics
Unlimited scalability, flexibility for future changes.
• Technology at the forefront
PLC technology turns over billions of pounds, much invested in developing technology which ensures the cutting edge technology and functionality.
When is more complex control systems needed? The daily meeting environment has a number of features that has to be contolled in a user-friendly manner. For example: DVD, TV, video, lighting, sound, ventilation, remote monitoring and telephone conference. Some features will also be performed in complex processes such as: Locking/unlocking doors, switching on the audio/video system in combination with lighting scenarios and black-out curtains. The intelligent building is a good example where the PLC technology is a must. The systems consist of three main elements. The Control Panel, the PLC and its software.

PLC solutions We have three fundamental systems: Basic, Classic and X-line. Basic and Classic are complete systems with standard software. X-line is tailored to each client’s needs. There are various sizes of control panels, with or without Ethernet, (Would you like to be able to control or monitor your system remotely - Ethernet is the solution.) various connectivity and wireless versions. In Basic and Classic systems we have included a 5.7 ”color panel.

Micro VC Videoconferencing is another of the technical possibilities of the modern meeting and training room. Included in a typical video-conferencing system is an excellent, but a bit intimidating, infrared remote control with about 3540 buttons and a countless number of fantastic opportunities. To simplify management of your videoconferencing system and to integrate it with the room’s other features, we have
developed a special control system with only four buttons. 2 of the buttons can be programmed for speed dialling, 1 button is used to answer a call and 1 button for hanging up.
