A series of project to propose housing in various locations in Scotland, based on the level of urban development. Leith Waterfront displays fragmentation within the community and insuffi cient urban planning; Aviemore faces increasing population, with low housing available; and An Camas Mor is undeveloped.

Urban Context - Leith Waterfront, Edinburgh

A hybrid development was proposed to accomodate more housing and stimulating local economy. The nearby waterbodies were utilised to create a neighbourhood park to alleviate social tensions.

Text Proposed more housing as the main focus to alleviate housing pressure and add new functions to the town to increase income besides from ski resorts.

Private housing scheme for holiday uses and seasonal rentals, locating near a main access road to create convenient access to Aviemore, which is nearby.
