Accessing Your EOBs Online

Our website gives you the ability to view your Explanation of Benefit (EOB) claims online. EOBs contain detailed information relating to claims, including diagnosis and costs involved. The remainder of this document contains information on availability of EOBs and how to find them.

How do I know if an EOB is available for a claim?

The availability of EOBs per claim is dependent on the date of the claim.

• A claim status is available one week after the date received. An online EOB is not available until the claim is processed. » An EOB will also not be available if it incurred prior to August, 2011.

• If your claim is through an Aultra group, a claim status is available one week after the date received. An online EOB is not available until the claim is processed.

How do I access my EOBs online?

Step #2

Click on the My Claims link.

Step #3

Enter your search criteria and apply filters, or review a list of claims further down on the page.

Step #4

Once you have identified a claim, click on the link associated under the Claim Number column. This will open additional detail about a claim.

Step #5

On the Claim Details page, click the Explanation of Benefits link to review the information.
