I focused on simplifying the user experience within Horego, an all-in-one supply chain management platform for F&B SMEs. My responsibilities included designing intuitive interfaces that seamlessly integrated key activities like inventory management, procurement, and order tracking. By enhancing these core functions, users could navigate complex processes with ease, leading to more efficient operations and cost savings for businesses.
I was involved in the entire product development process, starting with conducting a competitive analysis to understand market positioning. then moved on to creating wireframes, followed by designing high-fidelity interfaces that aligned with our brand vision. Additionally, I established a comprehensive design system for the platform to ensure consistency and scalability across all touchpoints.

The app simplifies the process of counting accepted items while also offering tools to manage any that are deemed unacceptable.

SOFTWARE
Redesigning the product creation process for Printerous, Indonesia’s leading online printing platform, addressed significant drop-offs occurring between product creation and adding items to the cart. Initially, this e-commerce website was launched to enhance convenience by eliminating the need for long queues or traffic, making printing services more accessible and hassle-free for individuals and small businesses.
These examples illustrate the approach to analyzing the customer journey, refining the user flow, and creating wireframes. This process helps me map out the entire journey, identify entry points, and address edge cases.
The website features custom landing pages designed for seasonal events and specific business needs, such as coffee shops or stalls, to inspire and guide users in preparing frequently used printed products. It includes hundreds of templates and an online editor, allowing users to customize designs and preview them before checkout.

Worked closely with a third-party branding agency to define the visual and strategic elements of the brand, including color schemes, typography, and overall design principles.
Identity
Accessibility was a key consideration throughout our design process. We ensured our designs adhered to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, reinforcing our commitment to creating inclusive and user-friendly experiences.
In addition to designing the desktop version of the website, we also created a responsive mobile version to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
The redesign led to a 92% reduction in the average time to add a product to the cart and a 1.07% increase in conversion rates.
This success also played a key role in securing Series A funding in 2020, led by BAce Capital, AddVentures, GDP Venture, and Gobi Agung. Furthermore, the new e-commerce website sustained the company during the 2021 pandemic when offline printing demand sharply declined due to dine-in restrictions.

As part of the Google UX Design Certificate course, I worked on a fictional project called Mrs. Sugarcakes. This app was designed to streamline order management, addressing challenges posed by the pandemic and evolving customer preferences.
In response to reduced dinein visits and potential product availability issues, the app introduces a remote ordering option, with the aim of enhancing the overall customer experience for Mrs. Sugarcakes Patissiere.
Designed with responsiveness at its core, the application ensures accessibility across all devices, whether on desktop, tablet, or mobile. The design adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes, enhancing user experience and broadening accessibility, allowing users to engage effortlessly from any device or location.
