WELCOME TO AURORA COOKS Dear Aurora Cooks Community, We’re always eager for summer here at Aurora Cooks, taking full advantage of Colorado’s short but very sweet growing season. Every year we patiently watch for the first sprouts of the season and then feast all summer. However, this year holds additional anticipation as we open Central Recreation Center. We will begin cooking classes in Central’s state-of-theart teaching kitchen. We’ll offer everything from kids and teens summer cooking camps to adult 21 and over cooking classes. Join us for a class or custom cooking party and check out our new digs! A teaching garden will also be making its debut at Moorhead Recreation Center this summer! Much like our garden at Expo Recreation Center, we’ll harvest the fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs we grow for use in our cooking program. We’re thrilled to engage the community in eating what we grow, from seed to table with this new garden! Summer 2019 is shaping up to be quite the season for Aurora Cooks. We can’t wait to have you in to celebrate! -The Aurora Cooks Team
