COLORADO VISITING NURSES ASSOCIATION (CVNA) HEALTH CLINICS

Ages 50 and older

Medical Foot Care provided by a Colorado CVNA Registered Nurse. Appointments required. Payment due at time of service and may be a benefit of some Kaiser plans. Clinics are scheduled on the second and fourth Mon. of each month with appointment times from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Please call 303.698.6496 for questions or appointments.
