Get totally fit with a warm-up, low impact cardiovascular aerobics strength training. Cool-down stretching and flexibility exercises.

STRENGTH TRAINING

This class is a full body workout using weights, bands and exercise balls. This class will increase your strength and balance through a variety of challenging exercises.

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and a range of movement.

Mat Yoga

Practice the eight limbs of classical yoga, including conscious breathing, gentle yoga postures, relaxation and mindfulness meditation.

Silversneakers Classic

Ages 50 and older

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing the range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time.

Fit Flow

Ages 50 and older

This full total body workout offers a variety of movements to improve balance and increase muscle tone with the use of weights, resistance bands, exercise balls and exercises on the mat.

Pop And Zumba

Ages 50 and older

Enjoy a fun full body cardio and core workout experience that tones muscles and improves balance. You will feel empowered and energized, while using simple dance steps.

Moving to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Weights, resistance bands, a SilverSneakers ball and chair are used.

Belly Dance Fit

This class encompasses belly dance, core fitness and strength building cardio into one invigorating and rejuvenating workout.

Weight Room Orientations

Ages 50 and older

This is a complimentary information fitness orientation typically 30 minutes in length that will provide you with the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. You will learn how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height and weight selection on machines, and have a discussion of proper form on the weight machines.
