Quality Target The quality target of Aurubis Finland Oy is to be the best manufacturer of rolled products in the world. This goal we reach with concrete measures, which include among other things continuous measurement, analysis of results, ability to react fast and continuous improvement. The organization's performance is followed up in internal meetings through key operative performance indicators. External audits carried out by e.g. customers help us reach our goal. The eectiveness of corrective measures is estimated in annual management reviews and, if necessary, the management defines new actions to achieve even better results.
