HELLO EVERYONE CITY INSPECTOR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Between: 1. Hello Everyone workers community, with its nonregistered office in the streets of the Hague, duly represented by the first Hello Everyone worker Aušra, hereinafter referred to as the “Colleague”. 2. ........, born quite a while ago, currently residing in ........... streets, hereinafter (name) (city) referred to as the “Hello Everyone city inspector”.
Hereby declare that they have entered into an Employment Agreement, effective as of .............. (“Effective Date”) for the desired period of time which doesn’t need to be (date) clarified.
Article 1. Hello Everyone City inspector duties and location 1. The Hello Everyone city inspector will undertake the following duties and responsibilities: while following his human senses, investigate any kind of Human traces within his city landscapes (Human traces are identified as various kinds of non-designed, unpredicted, accidental happenings and displacements, which represent human feature to produce something unexpected, improvised or unintended) and document his findings. 2. Hello Everyone city inspector’s habitual work location comprises the streets of the city in which he lives. The scale and size of the inspection area are selected by the inspector according to his personal fascinations, human intuition and preferable work environment (housing block, district, street, corner, a specific object, hole, crack). 3. The Hello Everyone city inspector is expected to trust in his intuition and personal interpretation of what the “human trace”. 4. The Hello Everyone city inspector is expected to be open to any kind of space, situation, happening which appears on his way. Pre-ideas, pre-visions, pre-dream places or objects which he would like to inspect should be used as reference points for his inspection route. The route may compreend any length of time from 0 to infinite. 5. The Hello Everyone city inspector should document his findings in the format he feels the most comfortable with (recordings, notes, photographs, drawings, diagrams, models, movies, poems and etc.) and be willing to share it with Hello Everyone’s community. 6. The Hello Everyone city inspector is expected always to follow his fascinations to keep himself curious and bright. If he/she doesn’t feel well or doesn’t want to work, he doesn’t need to work. 7. The Hello Everyone city inspector duties can also be (temporarily or permanently) extended outside the scope of normal activities if he/she feels inspired to include some other activities in his/her job routine. 8. The Hello Everyone city inspector is obliged to behave as a good employee, what means that he/ she undertakes to be respectful and honest with all human and non-human creatures which surround him/her. 9. The Hello Everyone city inspector is advised to attach the patch (Appendix No.1) to his outfit while he is working.
Article 2. Working hours and overtime 1. The Hello Everyone city inspector will work as many days and hours as he feels like, but he is encouraged to form his personal working routine. 2. The Hello Everyone city inspector is encouraged to carry out his work during his customary working hours. 3. Since your Colleague doesn’t know what overtime means, the Hello Everyone city inspector will not need to work overtime. If the work conducted hours exceeds the initial plan, Hello Everyone city inspector has to think if he feels like continuing or he wants to stop. He can stop working anytime.
Article 3. Salary. 1. The gross salary upon entering into this Employment Agreement is not countable in numbers. The Hello Everyone city inspector is encouraged to define his work purpose and what he/she is gaining from it by himself/herself. The Colleague says the reward will come in a shape of knowledge and mind exchange between all Hello Everyone workers, new friendships and new insights about his physical surroundings.
Article 4. Confidentiality. 1. The Hello Everyone city inspector is allowed to share all the information that he/she gathered and all the documents and insights, which are developed within Hello Everyone workers community, with anyone he wishes. There is no need to be discreet.
Article 5. The colleagues obligations. 1. The Colleague promises to be present if The Hello Everyone City inspector would like to share his findings, ask questions, have a coffee or just a little talk about the weather. The Hello Everyone City inspector can contact the colleague through social media, email, phone and post. 2. The Colleague will help to share the findings of Inspected areas with the rest of Hello everyone workers community and will visualise all network of City inspectors. 3. The Colleague will take care that all Hello Everyone workers could contact each other unless they express the will to not be reached.
Article 6. Jurisdiction and Final Provisions. 1. The Hello Everyone city inspector declares to be aware of and to agree to the statements, which were expressed in this Employment agreement. 2. No law applies to this Employment agreement and no courts have jurisdiction. Nevertheless, this document has great importance within Hello Everyone community, because it proves that The Hello everyone city inspector has a curiosity to connect with similar-minded and together praise the situations which enrich the city by representing human nature. APPENDIX NO.1 OUTFIT
As it is already mentioned in Employment Agreement Article 1.9, Hello Everyone City Inspector gets the patch, which he is advised to attach to his outfit and wear while working.
The Hello Everyone city inspector’s patch was designed by the Colleague and produced by the embroidery machine, which could hardly follow the initial drawing. The Colleague took it as a special sign, which proved once again that there are some things that machines can not do.
Instructions: 1. Get comfortably seated in a bright place. 2. Unpack the patch, needle and thread. 3. Pick the place in your outfit to attach the patch. If you can not decide where to place it, ask your friend for advice. 4. Sew the patch slowly and carefully to your outfit. If it seems too complicated, ask your friend for help.

APPENDIX NO.2 OBSERVATIONS
The first Hello Everyone city inspector has already been observing, documenting, gathering and analysing various kind of human traces within the cities for the last year. Specific situations have already been analysed in Berlin (no.1), Vilnius (no.2), The Hague (no.3) and more cities. The Hello Everyone city inspector at the end of the first month of work is expected to share the selection of 5 situations, which he/she got the most fascinated about. The Hello Everyone city inspector is advised to observe himself/herself working too. His/her mood, feelings, interests, movements and habits are important to be reflected individually for self-analysis and also preferably be shared (in any format (might be a little video, picture, poem, one sentence, a word and etc.)) with other colleagues in order to get to know each other personally and inspire.
