Please provide a brief history of the company: We opened our doors at the end of July 2018. The name goes back to the early 2000’s when Brian thought his home brewery needed a name, especially since he started pouring his beer at the Lyle Cancer Auction for donations. How many employees do you have? Many of our owners volunteer to bartend and help in the brewing.

Tell us a little about your business. We are a nano-brewery, which means we brew very small batches. We plan on brewing about 140 barrels of beer this year. Traditional German beers are our specialty, Bocks, Octoberfests, and Pilsners, but we do pan to brew just about every style of beer eventually. What are some of the new things your business is doing? Our most unique feature is that we are a Cooperative, which means we are owned by our customers. Some people have invested more that others but everyone gets one vote on how the Co-op is run. k you for voting Than f Mower Cou us o nty! Best

What sets you apart from other companies and why? Our Co-op model has really turned us into a social club centered around craft beer. Kind of like a traditional European Pub. What are your goals for the upcoming year? We are looking at expanding our hours and we are hoping to greatly increase our number of owners.
