Sunday 1st October 2017 Arrive at Ayers Rock Airport - As you fly in over this vast red landscape, and you catch a glimpse of the awe inspiring Uluru jutting out from the landscape something stirs within your soul and you know this is not going to be any ordinary holiday but a life changing expereince! Your transport will be waiting at the airport to take you to your chosen hotel or campground.
You will be delivered to your hotel or campground and today you will have free time to settle in, explore and relax.
Today is your free day before the Mediumship Symposium starts on Monday. There are a range of activities you can do including, motorcycle rides, camel touring, helicopter flights or a SEIT Bush Tucker tour. Alternatively you can partake in free daily activities around the resort or simply indulge in the Red Ochre Spa and laze by the pool. Enjoy your free day, your accommodation is taken care of and we will see you tomorrow for breakfast to start an incredible week. Monday 2nd October 2017 Its a new day! Take your time as you head to indulge in a full buffet breakfast in the 5 star Ilkari Restaurant. Then wander over to ‘THE MEETING PLACE’ where we will register you for the event. Step through the expansive floor to ceiling doors of the new Uluru Meeting Place to begin your amazing week. We will gather together where the tutors will introduce themselves and their programs for the day and our extremely talented spirit artist Marie Klement will produce a portrait direct from the spirit world for one lucky attendee. Everyone will then head off to the morning event they have selected. At lunch we will all gather together again and to share some stories. Afternoon session - again you will head off to your selected activity, demonstration, lecture, workshop with your selected tutor. Tonight you are treated to an award winning dining experience under the stars! SOUNDS OF SILENCE is four hours of gourmet BBQ cuisine and premium Australian wines served in a setting like no other! Surrounded by nothing but the dramatic silence of the desert you experience its vivid changing colours at sunset. Tuesday 3rd October 2017 Breakfast in the Ilkari Restaurant or a restaurant of your choice at the resort. Head over to “The Meeting Place’ for our morning gathering where we he have some fun and discuss the events of the day. Our talented spirit artist Marie Klement will also provide another spirit portrait direct from the spirit world of a loved one wishing to be remembered, for one lucky guest. Then we head out to our selected events for the morning session. Lunch Back to ‘The Meeting Place for our afternoon sessions, activities, lectures, workshops or demonstrations whatever you have selected. As the sun begins to fall we meet by the poolside at Sails for our relaxed cocktail party and dinner. Watch as the colours of the desert change as the sun sets behind the hotel and the pool begins to reflect the stars. Tables are elegantly set with lanterns and white pillar candles, and dinner will be a semi formal plated affair.
Wednesday 4th October 2017 Sunrise Breakfast at ‘The Rock’. Rise early this morning and gather to meet the group to board the bus out to the Uluru Viewing Deck to watch the spectacular sunrise over the rock. Light creeps across the horizon, bringing out the desert’s bold palette. We then head back to the Ilkari restaurant for a hearty breakfast. After breakfast we all head back for the first morning session. Once again we gather in ‘The Meeting Place’ to share our adventure so far as Marie Klement once again tunes into the ‘Other World’ and produces one of her amazing portrait’s. You then head off to your selected morning sessions, with your selected mediums. Lunch is in a special private venue special for us. The afternoon session sees us back at ‘The Meeting Place’ doing what we want with the mediums we have chosen. We then head over to the ‘Outback Pioneer’ for a Chef cooked outback BBQ. Enjoy some time in the Outback Pub with your friends sharing the experiences of the day.
Thursday 5th October 2017 Breakfast in the Ilkari Restaurant or a restaurant of your choice at the resort. FREE TIME to take a shuttle to Uluru and KataTjuta to explore, hire a car and do your own exploring. Sleep in until 2pm if you like. Enjoy some dot painting on the lawns with the indigenous locals, take a camel tour, a motorbike tour, a helicopter tour there is so much to do!
We meet again at 2pm at ‘The Meeting Place’ for our afternoon session, with lunch included. Dinner a 5 star buffet with everything from seafood to steak in the Ilkari Restaurant.
Stars Under The Stars - after dinner we head over to the outdoor amphitheater under the stars to witness some of the best mediumship demonstrations in the world today, an intimate and private affair.
Friday 6th October 2017 Wake up to a new morning. The full buffett breakfast awaits. Once again for the final day we gather together in ‘The Meeting Place’ the mediums will chat and Marie will draw, by now you will have come to look forward to this time together. Morning session off to your chosen workshops, demonstrations, lectures, activities with your chosen medium. Lunch will once again be in a specially selected place just for us. AFTERNOON SESSION time to visit the day spa, relax in your room, swim in the pool all in preparation for the evenings event! SPECIAL GALA EVENT! This evening arrive at our ballroom which has been transformed for a spectacular themed dinner. Enjoy the glittery spectacular of ‘Priscilla Queen of the Desert’ with a 5 star 3 course dinner and an amazing show by the ‘Leave it to Diva’ performers, specially flown in for the event. This is your time to let your hair down and celebrate with all your new life long friends.
Saturday 7th October 2017 For those leaving Saturday, an easy checkout from your hotel finds you on board a transfer to Ayers Rock Airport. You find yourself replaying events of the past days, marvelling at what you’ve learned and your new affinity for this complex, majestic and one of a kind destination and its people. For those staying on for a holiday, if you are staying we recommend: • You hire a car to tour around to Uluru and Kata Tjuta at your leisure. • We recommend doing the Walpa Gorge walk at Kata Juta, a short walk into the heart of the Olgas for a most spiritual experience. • The Mala walk a free guided walk to some of the sacred places around the base of Uluru running every day at 8am from the car park. • A visit to the camel farm for the animal lovers. • Dot painting on the lawn of the town centre with some of the indigenous artists. • You visit the various free demonstrations, dances and talks around the resort. All too soon you have checked out and boarded your flight home. As you take off you look down this wide red land. With everything you’ve learned it somehow looks different than before.
Do the ‘Mala Walk’
As part of our Symposium program each day one of the mediums will take a group of delegates to Uluru to do the guided ‘Mala Walk’ This is an easy 30 min walk around part of the base of Uluru and has great spiritual and significant sites to visit. You can select what day you wish to do this walk, if you wish to do it. You can also select which medium you would like to experience this unique spiritual experience with as well.
Sunrise at the Rock
For a magical experience, rise early and meet all the gang at the front of Sails Resort. A chartered bus will be waiting for us all to board and will take us to the Uluru Sunrise Viewing area.
Be ready with your cameras to capture the view of a lifetime, and share this experience with your fellow delegates and mediums. Then board the air-conditioned bus to head back to the Ilkari Restaurant for a full and hearty bufett breakfast.

Welcome to country
Before we commence our spiritual work at the symposium. We will experience a traditional ‘Welcome to Country’ by the Anungra elders Stories and dance will bring alive the true spirit of Uluru and its people and allow us a glimpse into the oldest culture in the world and their spirituality. Part proceeds from the event go to supporting the Mutitjulu Foundation Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is owned by the Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC). Profits from Voyages business activities go toward building the resort experience and supporting Indigenous training and employment across Australia. We respect the unique cultural environment we operate in.

We have an option to bring along your partner or family and have them join in on special events and all meals. We get how important family and partners are, so we have designed a package where you can enjoy the symposium and your family or partner can enjoy a great holiday as well. You choose a private room in your accom selection, there is no extra charge for your partner to stay with you (for families contact me for the best option) They will be included in all breakfasts, dinners (some in special private locations just for us) So have breakfast together, they can go off and explore or spend the day layzing by the pool. Welcome to the Symposium! Here we will outline what is on offer each day in the Symposium. The sessions are divided in to a morning session which includes a morning tea break and an afternoon session with an afternoon tea break. Each morning before you head off to your chosen workshop, lecture, demonstration, event we will gather together in the main room for a morning meeting. At this meeting one person will become the lucky recipient of a spirit portraite of somone they know in the ‘Other World’ by our very talented spirit artist Marie Klement! We have on offer 32 sessions to choose from! Everything from the most advanced mediumship training to sessions suitable for those that are not mediums but have an interest in afterlife communicaiton.
