Toyota GR Yaris

A highly anticipated model in the global stage, Toyota Motor Philippines was awesome enough to bring in the Toyota GR Yaris to the country. Available in limited quantity, the Toyota hot hatch was the second model to be added in the local GR range.

A car that has been developed using the brand’s exposure in the World Rally Championship (WRC), the GR Yaris features motorsports DNA that has been suited to be a heart-racing daily driver. A sporty hatchback that features GR-Four all-wheel drive system, the GR Yaris is powered by the G16E-GTS, an inline three-cylinder turbocharged DOHC fourvalve roller rocker engine that has been regarded as the “world’s best” inline three cylinder.

Just the thought that the GR Yaris is locally available, regardless of what package, was nice enough. But the local automotive market got more. The Philippine-spec Toyota GR Yaris comes with High Performance/Circuit Package as standard, complete with BBS forged alloy wheels, Gazoo Racing brake calipers, front and rear LimitedSlip Differentials, and circuit tuned suspension.
