Hands-free problem-solving

AXONE VOICE is the latest offering from Texa – a hands-free diagnostic display unit for multi-brand work. You can simply say “Hey TEXA” with the command you need, or after the selection, or vehicle scan, it directly suggests the services available.

A 13.3” high resolution screen is protected by robust Gorilla Glass, containing a Windows 10 Enterprise operating system, powered by an Intel Core i5 processor with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.

The tool has two 8 MP cameras – the first is used for face recognition, the second is useful for detailed customer reports and during remote assistance to allow the TEXA Call Center to see in real time the conditions of the vehicle, even to check its correct positioning during an ADAS calibration.

When connecting to the vehicle manufacturer’s website, for example to update an electronic control unit in the vehicle, a diagnostic tool must remain connected to the Internet and to the mains, sometimes for several hours. Texa says that the Internet connection will remain stable and 100% compatible with the specifications by all manufacturers and the unit can be housed on a cart with a tilting shelf to keep it charged when connected with manufacturer portals. An auxiliary cooling fan in direct contact with the magnesium case, keeping it cooled when using it for long periods of time.
