In the Ayurveda philosophy, our sensory inputs are considered vital to our overall health and wellbeing. As we respond to by eating when having a sense of hunger, so must we respond properly to our senses when they are in need of stimulation as well? For us to create a world for our senses, we must know how to feed them properly. Fortunately, there are a number of ways that we can feed our senses and provide ourselves the balance in our lives needed to obtain better health. What follows are the breakdown of each of the senses and how they can be properly stimulated.
