In every event the overtaking vehicle must return to an authorized lane of travel as soon as practicable and, in the event the passing movement involves the use of a lane authorized for vehicles approaching from the opposite direction, before coming within 200 feet of any approaching vehicle.
What about round-abouts? The vehicles in the circle have the right-of-way. Traffic wanting to enter the circle must yield to vehicles already in the circle. Any exceptions? Please be extra careful and look both ways when exiting a parking lot or crossing a one-way street (like Avalon Park Blvd). Bikers and walkers don’t always go with the flow of traffic. rection.
