Avalon Park Pickleball Tournament

The Flats resident, Sheila Harvey, and South Village resident, Matt Salamon, won the 12th Avalon Park Pickleball Tournament held on the South Village courts Friday January 7, 2022.

Grandparents, parents, and grandchildren had a great time playing and eating pizza from the Avalon Park Pizza Hut provided by the Avalon Park Group and the Salamon family.

Visiting pickleball players included Michael Amos Wicker, visiting from his work with World Vision International in Jordan, pictured on the far left in the group picture.

Avalon Park Orlando Pickleball plays Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-10:30am, on the South Village Courts and holds a pizza party and doubles tournament once a month. Beginners welcome.
