Share a Car

We all have places we need to be, but if possible, sharing a car can reduce carbon emissions in the atmosphere. Make grocery runs, shop, and other trips together as much as you can. If one has to take the car for work, carpooling with a coworker can also be beneficial as well.

Love Your Leftovers

At the end of the week, we can get low on food and won’t have much to make into meals. Instead of wasting food and throwing it out, get creative and make it into something else to breathe fresh life into it. If you have leftover ground beef from the night before, you can easily turn it into a burrito or rice bowl. Note that soups, meat, and poultry can stay in the freezer up till 6 months, so there’s no need to rush cooking everything!
