Happy November!

With the start of November, the holiday season is rapidly approaching. This Thanksgiving, we gather to give thanks for the blessings in our lives, sharing meals with loved ones and cherishing the warmth of togetherness. It’s a time when we embrace traditions that remind us of the importance of gratitude. It’s a month that bridges the gap between autumn’s fading beauty and winter’s arrival, inviting us to appreciate the beauty of both seasons.

Starting on November 5, 2023, and continuing through March 9, 2024, there will be a change in the watering regulations for residential lawns in our community. To conserve water during the cooler months, the frequency of lawn watering will be restricted to once per week instead of the previous allowance of twice a week. Even-numbered houses will be permitted to water their lawns on Sundays, while odd-numbered houses will have their designated day on Saturdays. Nonresidential properties can water their lawns on Tuesdays. This adjustment aims to promote responsible water usage and contribute to our collective efforts in sustainability and environmental conservation. Thank you for your cooperation in helping to preserve our precious water resources.
