Welcome to Avalon Park Wesley Chapel

By Angela Estilette, Community Association Manager, Leland Management

Avalon Park Wesley Chapel was developed on over 1,600 acres, nestled in the serene, natural landscape of the Tampa Bay Area. Avalon Park Wesley Chapel offers classic homes rich in design, with neighborhood parks, tree-lined streets, garages accessible from private rear entrances, and wide front porches.

Avalon Park Wesley Chapel’s Downtown brings convenience home with necessities like a medical center, schools, daycare, dining, and shopping- -all within a short distance of home! Readily accessible major roads including the nearby State Rd 54 and I-75 make getting around town and to work easy.

Avalon Park Wesley Chapel has a small-town feel, encompassed by laughter, memory-making, and the creation of bonds for years to come. Local merchants greet you as their neighbors here, and well-planned events occur throughout the year. These events are open to both residents and the public.

As the Fall Season comes near, Avalon Park Wesley Chapel has a variety of family-friendly events and activities planned. Our monthly Movie Under the Stars, featuring the Disney Film Luca, starts off the fall activities. Next, the whole family can enjoy a spooky night of costume parades, haunted houses, music, food, and much more at our annual Spooktacular Celebration. Residents are also encouraged to showcase their spooky side all month by participating in our annual Porch Decorating Contest.

Every 3rd Saturday of the month, Avalon Park Wesley Chapel hosts a night of jazz where residents may bring their lawn chairs to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful music. Although we have many more events planned, one of our most popular events is our annual winter celebration, Avalon Aglow. Take a ride down a snow slide, get your face painted, visit the local vendors, and enjoy delicious food trucks. The night even ends with an exciting firework show!

Avalon Park Wesley Chapel is an exciting community that offers a place to live, learn, work, and play. Most of the time residents don’t even have to leave the property! It truly gives the feeling of home. All details on events are located on The Avalon Park Wesley Chapel website and their monthly newsletter. I look forward to joining in on some of the activities this Fall Season!
