CLAIMS Claims against shipments must be made in writing (via mail or fax) or via email to us within 15 days from receipt of invoice.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS/COLLECTION Past due accounts shall incur a service charge of 1.5% per month, or $5.00, whichever is greater, for each outstanding invoice. Shipments will be withheld from accounts with past due invoices and/or other charges. • Accounts that are more than 60 days past due may be turned over to a collection agency. • Buyer agrees to pay the full cost and expense, including attorneys fees incurred by Sportif Wholesale, Inc. for the collection of past due accounts.
