Welcome Dear Colleague, After such a terrific and memorable event in Vilnius in 2019, we are really disappointed that we have not been able to bring the vibrant MRO BEER community together again in-person. However, there are important conversations to be had and partnerships to be made, meeting new contacts and connecting with other regional stakeholders is as critical as ever. The Brella event platform that we are using for this conference offers a smart and easy user experience focused on meetings and networking. To get the most out of the event, do ensure that you explore the platform and see who else is attending so you can set up meetings. We are also livestreaming all of the sessions to encourage attendees to ask questions and participate in polls, join roundtables and really jump in to the experience. After the Forecast and a Leaders Panel discussion where speakers will explore key trends, the rate of recovery for the region and ramping up, the agenda will drill down into accelerated digitalisation, the challenge of cargo, the role of the independent and current pressures and challenges for the lessors. We will also have Sunexpress joining to present a case study on Maintenance considerations during Covid-19 and its MRO impact and Avion Express giving their insights into the effect of the pandemic on the supply chain and ACMI market in Europe. We extend our thanks to all of the speakers who have taken the time to share their insights and prepare presentations. We would also like to extend thanks to our live stream sponsor AviaPrime, sponsors FerroEcoBlast, and all our showcase exhibitors for their support as well as you, our attendees, for choosing our conferences to do business. Please contact myself or one of the Aviation Week Network team if you have feedback, comments or questions about future events and we would be happy to help.
