ACADEMIC WORKS (Between 3 Lines)

Description The story was narrated to me by my Grandfather when I was in my academic year and I have a personal connection towards this project in many ways. So, I called it BETWEEN 3 LINES. Thesis Statement To design a PUBLIC MODEL which can SUSTAIN by itself by generating its own Circular Economy similar to KALPAVRIKSHA or CRADEL-to-CRADEL. Every single leaf of the tree that falls down will help the tree itself. PREMISE There is no LIVESTOCK MARKET Designed in India. NO Public Square in the Aurad because of harsh weather. Due to less knowledge on animal health farmers are selling it to slaughter house in less price People are blindly flowing the new technology in the agricultural fields without knowing how its effecting eco-system and bio-diversity. Less knowledge on the native breeds of livestock as compared to older generation. To design a Master Plan for 60 acer site it will be done in 2 phase, First Phase will be Market and Community Center and Second will be Residential Area, Being an Architect I was parallelly looking this project in the eye of an Ecologist after 15-20 years from now being a Designer I want this project to evolve as a Mini Forest not as a Mini City. To design a Livestock Market and to use the land as its full potential. HERO of this project is PUBLIC SQUARE AND LIVESTOCK MARKET. With other activities supporting it.

My Clients are Domestic Animals and I have an emotional connection towards then because I’m from an Agricultural Background. There are various colors that I observe in my place, especially in the turban they wear. I’m trying to capture the spirit of the place in some sense. Site Location: Karnataka, Bidar(D), Aurad(T). Main reason of this project is to connect the nearby town and village as it is the border region for 2 state Maharashtra and Telangana. To encourage the community knowledge, skills and marketing knowledge by strengthening the technical, financial and institutional capacities of Class 1-3 towns. Town super market which includes vegetable, clothing, metal works, mechanical shops, agricultural shops and mainly cattle market which happens on Monday of every week. It is necessary because in future after 10-20 yrs. from now there will be less cattle used in farming because of machinery, but there will be dairy producing cattle’s like cow, buffalo, meat and wool producing livestock’s goat and sheep, so it requires a ground for trading. Like seed the same thing can happen to the livestock in future generation, we have to preserve all the native species of India. At last I wanted to conclude by saying I saw an invisible matrix connecting between PUBLIC MODEL, SUSTAIN and KALPAVRIKSHA in this project to form SANGAM between 3. Being a Fresh Graduating Architect I have to ask a question to myself in my future practicing career “Do I have to Build More, when I have to Build Less”, Because at last nature will take over Built-Up. “WITHOUT GREEN THERE IS NO POWER IN SCENE”
