Located in the urban setting of a residential sector, the site is opportunely positioned at an intersection of two roads. The planning and spatial organizations of the villa adhere to the ancient science and principles of vaastu, maintaining a sky lit triple height living room space as the focal point of the house. The design boasts of views on the two adjacent open sides of the plot using a bold and semi-open double height facade seemingly hanging on the ground floor. The blend of nature and water elements with a crisp modern- contemporary form of the building helps to soften the outlook of this majestic house, lending it a very urban look. AND STUDIO

This project has 267 Units over 2 independent structures. Residential - 5 stories, Type III B Construction, block and plank construction Clubhouse - IIIB 1 stoy Clubhouse

Parking - Surface

Location- Delray Beach, Florida

Role - I have extensive experience in the development of architectural skins, with a focus on detailing of facades. My experience includes working with CMU construction and detailed plans for the strategic placement of doors and windows. The goal of these efforts is to ensure that the design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easily applicable, streamlining the management process for the Construction Administration (CA) team. Additionally, I have contributed to the optimization of Unit farm and Unit matrix and life safety plans. @propertyofdwelldesignstudio

Sketches_ Ideation to bring people together

The sloped movement towards the border area brings connectivity. The more you get closer, the better and clear picture with a connection you can get, the farther, the more miscommunication and no transparency

Border Trauma walking experience giving an idea of the people who went through so much trauma that day and how they felt.

Creating spaces under the vertical connection to bring people together and spaces used for different activities. Walking and pivoted walls showing a sense of movement to understand everything goes on even with such unfortunate history

States coming together to show their specialty

Library space, where removal and transparency brings understanding between the two sides

From one side understanding the idea of the whole history and then looking from other side to understand their perspective like getting to know both sides of the coin.

The panels changing at an angle to bring the emotions of suppression and openness together in the experience.

Open amphitheater with elevated bike tracks give better access to the site and a central water body to bring calmness and serenity with sitting spaces nearby connecting with nature and playing with shade and shadow by the elevated track giving sitting shadow spaces.
