Barmouth Beach Soak in the picturesque harbour of Barmouth Beach with your furry companion. Dogs are allowed to roam around the two miles of unbroken, golden sands between October and March.
Llanberis Path, Snowdon Conquer Mount Snowdon with your best friend by your side! Llanberis Path, is considered as one of the easier routes to the peak of Snowdon, running parallel to the railway. However, the climb is still around 9 miles, so maybe not ideal for tiny chihuahuas!
Coed y Brenin Forest Park Head to the visitor centre for the start of one of three planned walks all varying in lengths and sights. Make the most of your stay at Coed y Brenin and have a picnic at one of the dedicated picnic spots.
Llyn Trawsfynydd A beautiful man-made reservoir situated in the heart of Snowdonia National Park. Take one of the many walking paths to admire the reservoir.
Penmaenpool If you’re looking at exploring a new village, Penmaenpool is just a half hour drive away. With free public parking and toilets, Penmaenpool is a great place to join a number of walking routes including the Mawddach Way or Mawddach trail. Dog Friendly Pubs

Myrddins Bar An extremely dog-friendly bar in Barmouth Bay inspired by the small café bars in France, but with a Welsh twist! In true micro pub tradition, the pub even brew their own ale.
The Royal Another dog-friendly pub in Barmouth Bay where the team even have biscuits ready for your furry bundles of joy. Situated just off Barmouth Beach, making it a great option to refuel after your walk.
Murrays Café Bar This cute café serves delicious home-made meals and cakes. Pop in and try a slice of their popular welsh scones or lemon drizzle cake! Well-behaved dogs and owners are also welcome to pop in too!
