Annual Running Costs 2021

There is an annual pitch fee that is paid by all holiday home owners and covers the following:

• Up to 8 owners passes enabling

FREE access to and use of the park facilities (some extra activities carry a small charge) • Exclusive owners parties and events throughout the season

We also carry out other duties that are covered by the pitch fee which include: • Park landscaping and gardening services • Refuse disposal • Road and drainage maintenance • Park street lighting • Park security systems.

Pitch fees run from the 1st January 2020 - 31st December and are charged on a pro-rata basis from the date of purchase and then annually. You are welcome to choose to pay via our monthly direct debit scheme and conveniently spread payment over 10 months for which an £18 a month administration charge is levied. Your annual pitch fee can be found in your Pitch Licence agreement

The following charges are also made to all holiday home owners and are reviewed annually.

Annual Rates Includes business rates and water charges, These annual rates run from April 1st to March 31st charged on a pro-rata basis from the date of purchase and then annually.

Electricity Electricity is charged as used and invoiced three times a year

Managed Letting Service

Let us show you how many of your fellow Holiday Home Owners cover their running costs by using our Managed Letting Service. Full details are available from Guest Services. Optional services

Winterisation

We strongly recommend that you “drain down” your holiday home during the winter months to protect your home from potential frost damage. We can provide this service at a cost of £80 or you can employ a contractor or carry out the work yourself.
