We know it might all seem a little daunting when you first become a Holiday Home Owner but don’t worry, it’s really easy. Basically, everything revolves around Guest Services, but here’s an overview of the main things you need to know.

When will I get invoiced for things? As an owner you will receive a statement confirming details of your account and for your information the following charges will be made annually.

How can I pay for my bills?

You can easily pay your bills and keep up to date with your account on our owners website www.awayresorts. co.uk/owner-accounts/ and even on our dedicated owners app too. You could also pay by cash, cheque, card or by calling 02392 46 00 44. Alternatively you can pay via direct debit over 10 months. 1st payment 1st December final payment 1st September. Paying by direct debit over 10 months carries a £18/month levy. How do I request repairs? Most types of repairs can be arranged – please ask at Guest Services for further details. Replacement items or equipment are also available. Any invoices for repairs and replacements are payable within 14 days of receipt.

Club membership passes Holiday Home Owners are entitled to receive free passes up to the number of berths of the caravan, that allow free entrance into the facilities for all normal sessions. These passes are renewable annually. Additional passes can be purchased (subject to availability) in certain circumstances for £50 per adult and £25 per child. Away Resorts reserves the right to make reasonable charge for additional special events.

Lost passes Once issued, replacement passes can be purchased (subject to availability) in certain circumstances for £50 per adult and £25 per child.
