The turf can be rented by individuals, teams, or larger groups for soccer, softball, baseball, track, expositions, and many other needs. Call to discuss your individual needs.

TURF FEES: U-6 (75 ft x 52.5 ft) PEAK RATES: $50/hr

U-8 (75 ft x 105 ft) PEAK RATES: $100/hr

U-10 (167 ft x 105 ft) PEAK RATES: $150/hr

1/2 Field (167 ft x 165.5 ft) PEAK RATES: $200/hr

U-12 (226 ft x 167 ft)

PEAK RATES: $300/hr

Full Field (331 ft x 167 ft) PEAK RATES: $350/hr

Walkers may use the Expo Center Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm, pending availability. Call Parks & Recreation for availability, 712-279-6126.

ROOM RENTALS

There is one Conference Room that can also be divided into two smaller rooms. Table and chairs are included in the rental. You can bring in your own food/non-alcoholic beverages, or have it catered. NEW: Banquet Room rates and hours. Arrange special bar setup for your event!

Full Conference Rm - holds up to 80 guests $100/hr

1/2 Conference Rm - holds up to 40 guests $50/hr

Banquet Room 8am-10pm $800/per day
