For more than 17 years, Matt has implemented executive and employee benefit plans, and developed retirement strategies for individuals that help ensure secure financial futures. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Matt managed corporate tax and employee benefit plans as a practicing CPA. Matt has represented Northwestern Mutual since 1998.

Julie’s expertise in qualified plan design, implementation and administration is invaluable to our clients. As the Director of Qualified Plans, she assists clients with all aspects of their retirement plan. She has a diverse background in managing retirement plans, with more than 16 years in the employee benefits field, specializing in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, she performed plan sponsor duties and is experienced in Human Resources Management. She also has extensive knowledge as a third party administrator managing multiple client relationships, including several Fortune 500 companies.
