We collaborated with our PAS 2035:2019/2023 compliant retrofit supply chain to carry out retrofit improvements to 435 properties for Exeter City Council.
Through CLC’s comprehensive retrofit processes, every property has achieved a 100% funding drawdown and updated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) result of C or above. Exeter City Council was awarded Green Homes Upgrade of the Year at Unlock Net Zero as well as Regional Landlord of the Year and Regional Large Scale Project of the Year at the South West Efficiency in 2023.
