CASE STUDY 1
We have had a rolling contract with Premier Inn for over 10 years nationally covering Scotland, England, Wales, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. For this project we were working on their Hampstead Hotel where we were tasked with refurbishing and redecorating all 143 bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, back-of-house areas, and linen rooms. We were also the principal contractor overseeing asbestos removal, mechanical and electrical upgrades, lift replacement and refurbishment of customer-facing areas.
Together with our subcontractors, we completed an entire hotel refurbishment and refresh which required a full hotel closure. The hotel’s bedrooms were completely ripped out and the entire room was refurbished and redecorated.
On every project, we work with the Premier Inn team to achieve the best value through product selection. We increase Premier Inn’s return on investment by choosing products with increased efficiency and completing work well within the project timescales.

Accomodation Asset Manager, Centre Parcs
Over 2.1 million people visiting Center Parcs villages each year, so it is important that the lodges remain at a high standard. We partnered with the Sherwood Forest village to refurbish the accommodation in the park.
The scope of the works was vast with a strict timescale for each group of lodges. Each lodge required kitchen and bathroom replacements, tiling, heating, decorating and electrical upgrades. External works were also required which included roofing, cladding and block paving.
The client requested that the works be kept out of view so their guests could enjoy their woodland surroundings. We installed HERAS fence panels around the sites fitted with camouflage netting. In total, we used over 1000 linear metres of netting, so the panelling blended in with the forest surroundings. We also assigned a Guest Liaison Officer to walk the perimeter and speak with guests about the work being carried out.
