• Cocreation of the core concepts and principles of the brand identity.

THE POETRY OF THE SPRING STEPPES

The image of an ancient nomadic woman is full of harmony and unity in somewhat opposite contrasting definitions: she had a warlike temper, rode, wore men’s clothes, and in the same way played her most important sacral role as a keeper of the hearth and mother. This is what determines the originality and uniqueness of the costume of an ancient nomadic woman.

Shapan - the traditional element of nomads clothing with prints of a poppy field depict the beauty of spring steppes in Eurasia.

It is difficult to understand how much you can do for an oeuvre that causes an ecstatic tremor in the body, for labor that puts you on your knees. And you begin to live and breathe this labor, captivated by its inconceivable magic, its narcotic property to inspire, to elevate you above the gray ordinariness and the routine of affairs. And sometimes, for the most unimaginably short moment, you can feel light touch, this flowing pleasure –fleeting glimpse.

HAND + MACHINE STITCHES DUALITY INTERCONNECTION

In modern times it’s already taken for granted the world where humanity by machines creates everything around us. And one piece of garment it is one of the exciting examples of interconnection between handwork and machine work. The duality in the charm of stitch expressed by hand and by machine became a resource of inspiration. That’s why I tried to convey the atmosphere of creating the garment by using fabrics, stitches and the zipper.
