ASSOCIATED ARKANSAS STATE CHAMBER INDUSTRIES OF OF COMMERCE ARKANSAS
Business matters.
Legislation enacted during the 2019 92nd General Assembly of the Arkansas Legislature will enhance the vitality of the Arkansas business community for years to come. For employers, the most significant changes will be a reduction in corporate, individual and unemployment insurance taxes, which will allow reduced operating costs. The State Chamber/AIA also developed and secured passage of legislation involving workforce quality and education, transportation and infrastructure, the ballot initiative process, labor and employment, and the legal environment. Our work to support Arkansas businesses never stops. We will always lead the effort to secure Arkansas’s future through economic growth. 1200 West Capitol Ave., Little Rock, AR 72201 | 501-372-2222 | www.arkansasstatechamber.com

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHO’S ACCOUNTABLE, JUST READ THE NAME ON THE DOOR “Since 1933, Stephens has operated under the vision and values set forth by my father and my uncle. They held themselves directly accountable for the success of their clients, valuing relationships much more than transactions. I saw their integrity in action, sometimes at the expense of the firm—but always what they thought was right. They built their names upon the respect and honesty of these long-term partnerships. To this day, all of us at Stephens work the same way.” — Warren Stephens, CEO
