Word from the MCP Dear Successor, I’m writing you, as I am so excited to meet you, writing this application brings a lot of emotions that you may feel next year. More than two years ago, I met my predecessor. AIESEC in Kuwait was only two chairs in a random coffee shop as those two people believed they can be the leaders that will create a positive impact in Kuwait. Now, after 27 Month, I can only tell you that this world can be owned by the believer, who believe that they have the ability to be the change that they want to see in the world. AIESEC in Kuwait need someone who can create impact around Kuwait youth needs, make leadership development accessible for every young people in Kuwait and create what is needed to make this entity to grow disruptively like never before. I can tell you how amazing, interesting and challenging this experience will be. Although it won’t be easy on you at all. However, it will need your commitment, patience, wisdom, actions and courage in order to create miracles. On the other hand, I can never tell you how you will be privileged to lead such passionate entity and for what will you learn out of this experience. MCP Job Description: The MCP is the overall Responsible for AIESEC Kuwait’s organizational performance and development through management of the MC team in order to fulfill MC’s primary role of enabling the existence of LCs and their performance of core work. additionally the MCP is responsible for the management of the LCPs team and to ensure the external and international representation, legal and financial sustainability of the organization. AIESEC in Kuwait was established in Sept. 2013 as expansion initiatives from AIESEC in Egypt It has three local committee: LC KU, LC AUK, LC GUST Right now AIESEC in Kuwait have around 35 Super active and passionate members The LC timeline officially starts on February 1 st and lasts until January 31 st Our focus program is oGCDP. iGCDP and oGIP started to be run from the National level A I E S E C i n K u w a i t e s t a b l i s h e d i t s p e r m a n e n t H e a d q u a r t e r i n N o v. 2 0 1 5 Registration process in ongoing, we expect to 200 be fully legal organization by Feb 2016 150
