Founded in 2017 by Tom Wood, TW Recruitment Solutions was set up to offer Ayrshire companies a quality, local service based on professionalism, creditability, and honesty.

TW Recruitment has seen steady and sustained growth since starting up, where they were servicing just one client. This has now grown to working with over 20 Ayrshire based companies, where they offer temporary and permanent staffing solutions.

Tom Wood, Owner and Founder : “After starting the company, I saw steady growth and then the pandemic kicked in and overnight companies went from hiring staff to having to furlough staff or make redundancies.”

“Overnight the recruitment landscape changed and we had a large amount of highly trained, job ready applicants all looking for employment, however there were very little vacancies around. A number of companies I dealt with were classed as key workers, so it was good to be able to concentrate on these companies and help where I could.”

“This has now went full circle and at the end of last year there were more vacancies to the proportion of suitable candidates, this has resulted in a number of companies having reevaluated their recruitment processes”

TW Recruitment has safely managed to negotiate it’s way through the pandemic and are now in a strong position and are due to launch a new website that will go live early spring.
