Refinement
We have various technologies at our disposal for finishing and personalising our products with your logo and text, which we use depending on customer requirements, cost-effectiveness or technical conditions.
1 Laser engraving
We work with the latest CO2 laser engraving systems, which are ideal for engraving on acrylic glass, crystal glass and wood. Engravings on acrylic are white, on crystal glass milky grey.
2 UV digital print
Enhance your products with our high-quality UV printing. Your advantages:
• Coloured logos according to colour specifications
• Fantastic print quality in photo quality
• Print in CMYK colour space
• Personalisation also possible in small quantities
3 Sand blasting
A more elaborate finishing process for crystal glass is sandblasting. The result of the engraving is deeper, more vivid and therefore more exclusive.
4 Screen printing
Of course, we also continue to offer screen printing. Decisive factors for their use are cost-effectiveness, technical conditions or customer requirements, such as special colours like gold, silver or bronze.
5 Varnishing
Particularly when applying colour to the entire surface of multidimensional objects, varnishing produces a great result and is more flexible, faster and cheaper than screen printing.
6 Engraving plates
• Polished solid brass and coloured black. The engraving appears gold-coloured here. Black/gold surface effect.
• Polished solid brass and silver metallic lacquered. Engraving appears gold-coloured. Silver/gold surface effect.
• Brass 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm for UV printing.
• Aluminium 0.5 mm gold, silver, bronze or white for colour printing.

In addition, Aetzkunst can personalize and “perform magic”, utilizing its digital UV-printing technique to create color pictures in acrylic.
