Rachelle Strole

BACKGROUND: Strole is the owner and founder of Capital Asset Management, a full-service commercial real estate firm focusing on the development and management of commercial ventures from both the developer and institutional sides of the transactions. Raised in a hospitality development family, real estate and development has been a lifelong passion. In 1998, she founded a residential custom home development company, Hermosa Homes Builders. At age 25, she purchased 50% of a mortgage banker in Arizona and grew it into a multi-state banker while getting her Direct Endorsement Underwriter delegation from HUD. In 2008, she was approached to manage the first FDIC structured sale portfolio holding over $700 million in commercial assets throughout the nation. With that opportunity, she and her husband, Aaron Strole, founded Capital Asset Management in 2009.
PERFORMANCE: CAM is administering its portfolio with an end success of more than 54% more return than projected. This experience has taught CAM’s team how to create, recreate and wisely deconstruct any type of commercial real estate that can be built. This has also allowed CAM to create its development arm, Capital Development Group, which is now actively building retail centers and build-to-rent communities throughout Arizona, Nevada and Hawaii.

Jason Hersker

BACKGROUND: Hersker is partner with Capital Development Group and executive vice president with Capital Asset Management. He brings more than 18 years of experience and specializes in acquisitions and development in the Southwest, covering a wide range of product types, including retail, multifamily and build-for-rent and buildto-rent. As an established expert and trusted consultant with a proven track record of success, Hersker uses his comprehensive market knowledge and property analytics to provide clients with real estate strategies and solutions. He has delivered more than 400 leases, completed more than $200 million in commercial sales and developed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial product since joining CAM in 2009. Hersker also draws from his 4 years of experience with WestStone Communities, a mid-rise and high-rise residential condo developer based in Vancouver and Phoenix. He has projected his valuable insight and residential trade relationships into scaling the company’s BFR/BTR portfolio.
