It was the first two-team spring training stadium in baseball history and is also home to the Seattle Mariners. The complex features premiere indoor and outdoor group and event areas, plenty of shaded seating as well as lawn seats in the outfield. If you’re with the kids, stop by Peoria Cove, a ship-themed kids’ attraction with a mini baseball field, splash pad and playground. BALLPARK TRADITION: Sunday’s are kids days and after the game kids in attendance can take the field and run the bases. TASTY TREATS: All craft, domestic and imported beers throughout the ballpark are priced the same so fans can select their beer based on their palate, not their wallet. PADRES’ 2020 SEASON: The Padres earned a playoff spot after finishing with a 37-23 record in the shortened season, good for second in the National League West Division. The Padres won the opening Wild Card playoff series but lost in the next round Division Series to end their 2020 campaign.
