UNDER THE MOON IN THE STELVIO NATIONAL PARK
An easy night walk in the moonlight, along a simple path immersed in an authentic mountain environment, to discover tales, myths and curiosities about the Stelvio National Park. You will then get warm inside a mountain hut and taste local specialties, while the guide will deepen the theme of light pollution and the effects it has on the Park fauna.

Prepare the typical Trentino polenta with Leonardo following the historical recipe of granny Oliva. And afterwards… everyone at the table! Walking through the narrow streets of Monclassico and Presson, you will discover with an expert guide the 50 sundials painted on the houses of these villages: a unique place in Europe, a real openair museum. CYCLING ON THE SNOW IN VALPIANA
Riding an e-bike on the snow: have you ever thought about this kind of activity? Starting from the village of Pellizzano we will reach loc. Valpiana, and then go up to the Ossana alpine hut “Malga del Doss”, where a hot tea will wait for us to refuel ourselves. For the activity you will receive a studded e-bike to ensure stability and safety in the snow, and naturally, a MTB guide will always be with you.

BUSHCRAFT
Learn how to survive in the wilderness, without any modern comforts: you will find all the things you need in the wood. Breathe, observe the untouched nature and then challenge yourself. During the activity you will learn how to light a fire using only a fire striker and natural materials, and how to build an emergency shelter and interpret forest signs.

If you don’t like standing the wait to get on a chairlift this experience is designed for you: a fresh, off-trail adventure, along an unexplored ridge at the base of the Brenta Dolomites. An adrenaline-pumping experience and a sense of freedom to be enjoyed to the full.
Travel on board the valley train with a local guide through Val di Sole, Val di Non and Piana Rotaliana to discover the flavours of Trentino. Visit the Presanella cheese factory in Mezzana, the Golden Theatre and the Melinda establishment in Val di Non and the Rotary winery in Mezzocorona. Enjoy typical products and conclude the experience with delicious finger food combined with Trentino wines.
Take a closer look to the expert hands of the Presanella cheese factory’s dairyman transforming milk into tasty cheese. Afterwards, you will visit the seasoning warehouse, where you can discover the thousands of wheels of Trentingrana aging and becoming a unique product. Snow, clogs and bells! Just like in a fairy tale, get into the carriage and let yourself be transported by Jenny and Gelo, the inseparable pair of blond Haflinger horses. Through the wood and the countryside to the village of Pellizzano, warmed by the magic of lit torches and a typical product tasting waiting for you on your return to the farmhouse.
Get on the horses and enjoy the quiet winter atmosphere of the wood. If you keep your eyes open, you could have the opportunity to see some cute animals moving in the undergrowth. At your return, a tasty break with local products will wait for you and the little ones could get to know the animals of the ranch.
Discover the secrets behind the production of the excellent craft beer brewed with the precious spring water of Val di Peio. Taste the various types proposed, paired with a selection of local products. How much sophisticated is your palate? Can you guess all the aromas that make it up?
Do you want to learn some traditional cooking recipes of Val di Sole, while taking part in a fun cooking workshop? Learn how the typical dishes of Trentino are prepared and taste their authentic and genuine flavours. At the end of the activity, you will receive a recipe book, to reproduce some of these dishes once you get home.
Ski mountaineering in Val di Pejo. After a short lesson on the technique, you will go into the wood of the Stelvio National Park with a guide, to understand its essence and secrets. Once the destination is reached, you will ski down the slopes of the Pejo 3000 Skiarea to Après Ski Bochèr, where a tasty zero-kilometre snack will be waiting for you.
Listen to yourself, breathe and relax in an Alpine stube with the aromatic scent of Swiss stone pine. Discover Val di Peio with the mountain herb peeling, the edelweiss face mask, the anti-inflammatory arnica pack with a foot massage. The sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool will be completely at your disposal: close your eyes and relax among the notes of nature.

Come and meet Susy and Viola, and observe their hands transforming the wool of the sheeps raised in Val di Peio into knitwear, later dyed using natural methods. Afterwards, you can touch the soft wool and make a cute sheep-shaped pin to take home.
An exciting, adrenaline and accessible winter sport: have you ever tried snowkite at Passo Tonale? It is the snow version of kitesurfing: driven by the wind, you will slide on white slopes with a snowboard or ski, controlling the kite by means of a bar, whizzing through the white mountains of Tonale.
Improve your skiing style: thanks to an interphone placed in your ear, the instructor will correct your descent on the slopes in real time. This will allow you to make great progresses very quickly, following the precious suggestions of an expert ski instructor.
An experience of freedom, confidence and strong understanding with dogs. The activity consists of a mushing introductory lesson, where you will drive the sled dragged by the team of dogs, following the instruction of the instructor. Finally, you can spend some time with the friendly dogs.
