Admiral’s Inn
There are a total of 98 individual homes in Antigua Village and approximately half of these are currently available for rent through the “Owners Club”.
The Admiral’s Inn consists of three buildings situated in a secluded corner of the historic Nelson’s Dockyard at English Harbour.
4
The main building is a three-story Georgian brick structure constructed in 1788 with a spacious terrace overlooking the harbour. The inn is a fascinating old building enabling guests to become acquainted with both the unique heritage and the present day people of Antigua. The bricks used in the building were brought over from England as ship’s ballast and the ground floor was once used to store pitch, turpentine and lead, with offices for Dockyard engineers on the upper floor. Experience a holiday that is ‘off the beaten track’, but not isolated.
