“Energy Saving for The Better Services� Lokasi Proyek, Jawa Barat, Indonesia Academic Project - 3rd Year (2018) Supervisor : Dr. Eng. Hanson E. Kusuma, S.T., M.Eng Indonesia has a warm even hot daily temperature because of its geographical issue which located in a tropical area. Its temperature makes people oftenly swelter. Because of that, a lot of buildings are using air conditioner to make the temperature cooler. But in the other hand, air conditioner itself needs a lot of energy especially on electricity that becomes not-environmentaly- friendly and impact to the global warming. Innercourt will be one of the ideas to prevent that issue about hot temperature. Innercourt means an open space frequently consists of green space and located inside the building. It can be provides fresh air and keep the temperature cooler without using the air conditioner. So it also makes the building more environmental-friendly and saves a lot of energy.
Massing Transformation
The building optimalized site coverage. It made seperated into twoo building massing based on each function. The front one twisted to maximalize view from the building. It also makes a large outdoor space infront of the building.

Because of various condition of urban context and located on a high density area make this community gallery planned and designed not to have a complicated yet simple, neat, light and green on the massing. But the architect made the user to be amazed and given a great space experiences while came inside the building. It will have a complexity of solid-void but still considering about a simple circulation for the user. Besides, the green concept not only for the facde but a whole building such as provides natural lighting and good air circulation.

Zoning Concept This gallery has a contiunous void on the center of the building. It provides cool temperature circulation also natural lighting from the skylight. The building divided into three zones category those are private, semi-private, and public area. The lower one is for public area, higher one is for semi-private and the highest is for private area. It also has a integrated services area and shaft to provide low construction and maintanance.
Facade Concept The main facade ideas of this gallery is to make the building look simpler using greeneries and glass-window material. The architect want to make a “suprise� effect. From the outside look simple and plain but whenever come to the inside will served with complexitivity of the spaces.

VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE “Nature Healing� Eco Pesantren Daru Tauhid, Jawa Barat, Indonesia Academic Project - 3rd Year (2019) Supervisor : Jehansyah Siregar, S.T., M.T., P.hd The purpose of Vocational High School of Agriclture is to resolve issues about food resiliences and builds agriculture on the sub-urban area. Besides achieving the technical aspect such as the requirements of educational bulding, the architect should understand about the agriculture as well. The architect required to design on a contour area and because of that several consideration like universal design (especially ramp) and the accesibility is a must to consern. It also should has a large innercourt for students do they outdoor activities such as monday ceremony, P.E Class, playing basketball and soccer, etc.
Massing Transformation
Main ideas of the building transformation is to optimalize north-south sides and make an innercourt for public area. Keeps the trees existing and add some on the innercourt. Giving an access from the outside into the center of building. Adding some elevation into three floors to achieved the reqruitment of each function. Backyard optimalized for farming area.
Facade Concept
Front facade has a monumental yet authoritative facadde image. It one of the reqruitment from the supervisor. Besides, the solid surface to respond east-west facing. The vertical element make the building impression become more prestigous and grand.
Building Diagram
It could minimalize of energy using because it will gain a natural lighting and freshair from the surrounding. It also has a good view to the nature that makes student more comfortable to study.
Backyard area functioned as a farming area. The teacher may oversee the student while farming from under the canopy.

Competition Project - First Winner (2018) Supervisor : Hero Renaldi ITB Jatinangor Canteen is an important supporting facilities for accomodate daily student activities. For become place to eat, it should be hygine, cozy and also serve various menus. This new design has a concept “Can (be forever) Teen” hopes that could be really accomodate all activities for users either the primer one or secondary one. By considering about ITB Campuss Context that will be a World Class Unversity and also considering about local Indonesian culture, canteen design should be represents the Indonesian locality and as a face of ITB on Jatinangor. Sustainability design applied by the design itself. Not only on ecologycal things but also the interior desifn could be sustain and could be keep with the times (not boring).
1. Zone Division - zone classified based on the user activities. Mezzanine allocated for the secondarial activities.
2. Circulation and Fire Escapes flexible circulation that can be access from many directions. Also it gas evacuation ways and provided by fire extinguisher.
Time Activities
MORNING - breakfast for some student and place to wait the class for.
DAY - main activity is lunch and another supporting activities.
AFTERNOON - major activities is supporting activities for active student.
EVENING - place for student to do their homework.

Facade and Constructibility Concept
GLASS FACADE - besides it purposed to increase the sale value for ITB Jatinangor Canteen by theelegant design, glass facade also purposed for minimalize number of smoke, pollution, and dust that could come in and also to enhance the hygine value of the canteen itself.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE - it has 3 phases for the canteen construction so in every phase the canteen still can be used by the student or other user.

International Competition Project - Competition Entry (2018) Team : Raushan Fikri, Hero Renaldi and Galuh Kriswantoro Nowadays, many workers especially in Cambodia haven’t any proper living places. Eventhough their home not proper enough for them. Because of that, we should make a modern design for affordable homes for the workers in and nearby PPSEZ (Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone). The design should have a sensitivity to the local culture and tropical surroundings and where possible provide a sustainable solution that enhance the local architectural tradition, in which locally sourced renewable resources are used to provide natural temperature and humidity regulation.

“SUSTAINABLE ECO-LIVING” Sustainability, s the process of maintaining change in a balanced fashion, in which the exploitation of resources, the direction of investments, the orientation of technological development and institutional change are all in harmony and enhance both current and future potential to meet human needs and aspirations. Worthy living is a must for everyone without exception. Sustainability is one of many factors to achieve a worthy living. We create an integrated yet sustain residential area for workers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It will suitable for Young Couple, Family, and even Larger Family with affordable budget. With various people, ages, and characteristic we accomodate their Activities by the design such as Communal Spaces, pedestrian friendly, uninversal design, natural ventilation and natural lighting. Besides we create a better solution to Enhance the Economic Matters by designing spaces for tradeing and export-import from home industry.

BANDUNG INDOOR RECREATIONAL CENTER “Your Own Stress Free Zone� Dago Utara, Jawa Barat, Indonesia
Professional Project (2017) Team : Rihan Rizaldi and Fachriza Alif Bandung Indoor Recreational Center was a proposal design for designing a recretional and stress-heailing center in Bandung. Stress free zone is a special building designed to be a place to relieve stress with a full range of facilities which are Yoga, music room, art gallery, gardening, animal therapy room and co workings space and cafe that can help visitors refresh their mind through positive ways. Of course this place is very potential and needed in the time.

Design Simulation
Professional Project (2018) Owner : Pak Andri This project located at Komp. Gempol Asri, Bandung, Jawa Barat with 6 x 18.5 sqm lot area and 6 x 11 sqm for the floor plate. Main purpose of this project is to enlarge Pak Andri’s house especially on the second floor. The owner want to have a living room, bathroom, and three (3) bedrooms on the upstairs. It has also several requirements from the owner such as the bedroom Under Construction should has minimum 4 x 4 sqm area per each, has a large void in the middle, and the bathroom should in one line with the bathroom on the ground floor becasue of its maintenance. He also wants to has a balcony and a approximately 3 x 6 sqm backyard that still can be enjoyed from the second floor. The budget of the owner is about 350 Million Rupiahs. So the architect should achieved the minimum requirements with that budget but still providing a fresh and creative ideas of the design.
MODEL MAKING Academical Project
This model making are from academical projects such as Form Arrangement Studio for designing massing and outdoor spaces arrangement and Building Construction Studio for designing long-span building using vector active structure system.
