METHODS
Saute the garlic in a cooking oil until it turn into golden. Then, add the the tomato paste and cook it for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Pour the crushed tomato and bring to a low simmer, and stirring frequently. Add the chili flakes, salt for seasoning. While the sauce simmering, boil the pasta until al dente. Add the cooked pasta into the suace and stir to coat well. Add the chopped basil into the dish. Turn off the heat and it can be serve.

4 brioche buns
lettuce
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

1 large tomato thinly sliced
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Instructions Chicken Marinade

Easy Soy Sauce

3tbsp of soy sauce
2tbsp of oyster sauce

Instructions
Dried Anchovies Sambal
1/2 red onion
1 cup dried anchovies
garlic
shallots
10 dried chillies
tsp prawn paste
tsp salt
tbsp sugar
1. Rinse your rice and drain. Add the coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and some water.
Add the pandan leaves into the rice and cook your rice.
2. Rinse the dried anchovies and drain the water.
Fry the anchovies until they turn light brown and put aside. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
3. Blend shallots, garlic, dried chilies, prawn paste together with some water. Slice the red onion into rings. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the blended paste until fragrant.
Add in the onion rings. Add in the ikan bilis and stir well. Add tamarind juice, salt, and sugar. Simmer on low heat until the gravy thickens. Set aside.
